Ronda Bellefontaine, P.Ag, BSc, ACA, FMC Ronda grew up on a farm in Middle Musquodoboit, Nova Scotia. Following high school, she studied agriculture, graduating in 1985 from Nova Scotia Agriculture College (now Dal AC) with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics. Her entire career has been in agriculture, mainly in the area of farm records and farm financial analysis, with a more recent move to working with many non-farming types of businesses. Ronda believes strongly in professional development, not only for herself, but for all business owners, managers and employees. She has a certificate in Small Business Management, is a certified trainer in AgExpert Analyst and Field Manager Pro, and has taken training in Simply Accounting. After years of working with business owners on one end, and professional accountants on the other, Ronda has developed a specialty that lies in that gray area between bookkeeping and the accountant. Like many of the people she works with, she owns, manages and works in her business and understands the challenges faced by fellow business owners. Ronda is a member of the PEI Institute of Agrologists, the PEI Business Women’s Association, Kensington and Area Chamber of Commerce and volunteers her time as a running instructor and an instructor with the Community School in Kensington. She lives on a farm with her husband Glenn Campbell, has a daughter Lindsey and, in her spare time, likes running, reading, baking or any kind of work that involves following a pattern. Ronda’s favorite moment on the job - when she is training a client on a concept, and she can see the moment the light bulb goes off in their head. “That client is now empowered with new knowledge and skills. They don’t just know it, they can do it.”
Lindsey Bellefontaine, ACA, FMC Lindsey Bellefontaine joined the Like Nobody's Business team in 2013 on a part time basis and works mainly with business owners in Nova Scotia.
